$25 Season Ticket Membership Deposits Available At WNBA.com/goldenstate

WNBA Golden State announced today that the team has eclipsed 7,000 season ticket deposits since the franchise was announced on October 5, 2023. The expansion franchise, which marks the first WNBA expansion team since 2008, will begin play in the 2025 WNBA season.

Fans who wish to become a season ticket member can do so by placing a deposit at wnba.com/goldenstate.

On April 16, just 14 days ago, the team announced it had reached 6,000 deposits, and has since secured over 1,000 deposits. This marks the second-fastest accumulation of deposit outside of October 5, 2023, the day the franchise was announced, when the team saw over 2,000 deposits in 24 hours.

The team will be headquartered in Oakland and play home games at Chase Center in San Francisco. The Warriors’ Oakland Facility, which served as the Golden State Warriors’ practice facility and front office from 1997-2019, will be the WNBA team’s headquarters, housing a world-class practice facility and the team’s front office staff. The team’s brand identity will be announced at a later date.
